BIOG
I've been working in the museum and visitor attraction design industry since 1991.
Over the years I have been able to deliver a full design and management facility for any museum and visitor attraction project. Prior to my work as a designer, I had worked as an engineer for 13 years but in 1987 he started my studies in museum/exhibition design.
After graduating in 1991, I started his freelance design career at Eureka! The Museum for Children in Halifax and after that continued as a freelancer, and worked with many UK design companies, forging a close relationship with the Yorkshire Museums Council.
Over the last 30 years I've gained vast experience due to working in a very much "hands on" capacity on many diverse projects, and I believe this extensive experience has allowed me to develop a wide range of knowledge and skills that can be offered to any project.
I endeavour to offer creativity coupled with pragmatism and a surety that any budget can be maximised to its full potential, without any reduction in quality.
With over 30 years of design experience to draw on, I feel I can offer a unique combination of skills which can bring any project together.
It is very important to me to create an good working relationship with the client team and to fully understand their requirements, aims and objectives.
